Bio

Yogesh Bhawnani is an MBA Finance by qualification, pursuing his CFA program and has 7 years of corporate experience in financial markets with DE Shaw & Co. a US based alternative investments manager and MSCI Inc. a world leader in index business and part of the Morgan Stanley group. He’s passionate about academics and gave up a successful corporate career to start as an MBA faculty in 2012. He has conducted a number of corporate education programs in the area of business simulation assisting Prof. (Dr.) Philip K.Y. Young like the Micro MBA for 22 Indian corporates, a dedicated seminar for middle management executives at Nivea India, an Advanced Management Program (AMP) by Cornell University in Colombo for 9 corporations in Sri Lanka, a program for middle management executives of Google in Ireland and a program for executives of YKK Corporation in Singapore, a dedicated program for middle management executives of Gulf Oil and six cohorts of the PWC YouPlus program in Shanghai. He’s associated with a number of prestigious institutions like the Universal Business School (UBS), Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as an assessment partner in the BFSI vertical for the National Skill Development Council (NSDC) – a department of Human Resources Development Ministry, Government of India, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
