Bio

Through a checkered career that spans over 39 years of professional journey, Dr. Cheema has national and global exposure in industry and academics. Prior to joining UBS, Dr. Cheema was the Managing Director of the Gurmukh Group, founder of T-talk – Ek Boond Soch Ki and Professor Emeritus at VESIMS.

Donning the mantle of a Professor and scholar, Dr. Cheema has presented papers at National and International Conference and has received honors and accolades in several research paper contests. His research papers have been selected at the International level and he had the unique privilege of presenting papers at APMC Asia Pacific Marketing Conference in Malaysia, at MAG Scholar conference in Wellington, New Zealand, and has travelled across countries like, Singapore, Sweden, Japan & Dubai.

Dr. Cheema has been invited as a Chairperson in many prestigious management institutions like IBS Hyderabad, IBS Powai, IMI Indore and has the credit of taking first movers advantage in analyzing the case study on “Chak De India” as a management training tool. It is interesting to note that Dr. Cheema has authored 9 books on diversified topics, has been the editor in chief of 6 reputed journals, have published 20 papers in the journals of international repute and is a life member of various bodies such as ISTD, (Indian Society for Training and Development), Maharashtra State Commerce Association and Global Research Foundation.
