The Centre for Wellness and Youth Development of UBS organized a guest lecture by Dr. Nirma Rao – Consultant Psychiatrist, for the students to understand crucial issues that concern today’s Youth. She comes with more than 35 years of experience working in the field of Mental health. She shared her insights about issues like coping with uncertainties, relationships, addiction, and substance abuse.
