Embarking on an MBA journey is like setting sail on uncharted waters, filled with excitement, challenges, and immense learning opportunities. As I reflect on my experience at Universal AI University, I realize how transformative these months have been, both personally and professionally.

The Beginning: A Leap of Faith

I still remember the day I took the leap to pursue an MBA in Human Resources. With a background in psychology and two years of HR experience, this felt like the perfect next step. The decision was fueled by a desire to deepen my understanding of business dynamics and become a strategic leader in the HR field. Little did I know that this journey would not only enhance my skills but also push me beyond my limits.

The People: A Support System Like No Other

One of the most rewarding aspects of my MBA journey has been the people I’ve met along the way. From my batchmates in G11, eachwith uniquepersonalities, the incredible seniors and juniors in the Student Corporate Relations team, every interaction has added value to my learning. The support and guidance from my professors, such as Harshita Ma’am, Perpetual Ma’am, and Tapas Sir, have been invaluable. Their mentorship has shaped my understanding of subjects like marketing, organizational behaviour, and strategy.

Challenges: The Real Test of Strength

No journey is without its hurdles. Balancing academics, projects, and extracurricular activities has been challenging. There were days when the workload felt overwhelming, but these moments taught me resilience and perseverance. The experience of juggling multiple priorities has prepared me for the fast-paced corporate world.
