Dr. Kasturi R Naik is renowned for providing real-time, forthright solutions to complex people’s problems. With over 14 years of academic and 7 years of consultancy experience in human resource management, leadership, and team building, she has impacted various corporates, educational institutions, and NGOs. She has served as visiting faculty at JBIMS and NMIMS, and as a resource person at XLRI and IIBF. As a mentor and subject matter expert with VMentor.ai, she excels in human resource management. Dr. Naik holds a PhD in Stress Management and numerous certifications in leadership, life coaching, and emotional intelligence. She has published 30+ research papers in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals and received multiple national and international awards for her work in emotional intelligence, personality enhancement, and leadership development. Conducted MDPs on Leadership and Team Building have been delivered at prominent organizations such as TCS, Lufthansa Airlines, Reliance Retail.
