Was earlier (2014-17) aligned with Capgemini as Vice-President heading CSD & Cloud AD deliveries for Continental Europe. Impacted application development & maintenance landscape improving deliveries, customer & employee satisfaction and achieved targeted contribution margins as well as double digit growth. Drove focused Delivery & Operational Excellence, Industrialisation, Innovation & Account transformation bringing a Step change in productivity.
During (2010-14) headed MnM Megartha as CEO, a start-up organisation with specific focus towards RFID/ NFC, Cloud Computing and Mobile technologies.
Worked (2000-10) as Vice-President and Head of R&D and Migration Factory in Syntel, spent ten years in various senior level deliveries, technology, R&D, Quality and Strategic positions. Was responsible for one of the largest AD deliveries from India for a Fortune 16 US Healthcare giant.
Areas of ability and oversight include multimillion-dollar P&Ls meeting both cost and productivity, marketing and sales direction, account penetration, negotiate and close multimillion-dollar deals, alliances & partnerships, estimation and delivery oversight, pre-sales, new offerings & revenue streams, innovation & IP building.
