Bio

Dilip Jain has over 30 years of experience across business and training, making him a classic mix of business operations and organisational development expertise. This blend provides him with valuable people insights and high execution governance skills. Dilip is passionate about people development and serves as an Independent Director.

He established and led the JP Morgan training and development team for India, and has also held positions at Morgan Stanley and HDFC Bank Ltd. Additionally, Dilip ran his own consulting company for over 13 years, working with clients across various industries including leading MNC banks, IT, pharma, and manufacturing companies in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and the UAE.

Dilip’s strengths encompass leadership development, client relationship management, change mindset, emotional intelligence, communication, executive presence, consultative sales, coaching, and consulting for performance improvement. He regularly conducts leadership offsites and has spearheaded diverse initiatives such as culture change, client service focus, and sales leadership for his clients.

At Universal Ai University, Dilip is the Director of MDP and the Head of Department for Industry Practice – HR. Outside of his professional life, he loves travelling and seeking new experiences.
