Bio

Surabhi is enthusiastic about the ongoing enhancement of domain knowledge in corporate governance by adopting good governance principles and practices within the organisation to ensure compliance of laws in true letter and spirit. She is committed towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16 which is about “peace, justice and strong institutions”. She strongly believes in work ethics, integrity and continuous professional enhancement. Her hobbies and interests include – Drawing, Painting, Indian Classical Music, Travelling, Poetry-writing and Swimming.

Education: Graduate from ICSA, LLM, CS, BSL LL.B. and Diploma in Cyber Law.

Industry Experience:

CS Surabhi has been working with Strive India Education Foundation since July 2018 as its whole-time Company Secretary holding a statutory position under the Companies Act 2013 and is identified as the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.

She has rich experience in Corporate Secretarial and Compliance Practices as well as Good Governance aspects across industries.

Her forte is Corporate and Business Laws, Corporate Governance, Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Secretarial Practice & Strategy, Legal Compliances & Contract Management.

Academic Experience:

CS Surabhi is passionate about teaching and is one of the Module Leaders for the law subjects taught to graduate and post-graduate students studying at Universal Business School (UBS). She contributes to the General Management Department of UBS. In addition to this, she ensures compliance of various academic regulators and stakeholders.
