The Parents Town Hall meeting, hosted by Universal AI University, took place on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, at 4:00 PM. The meeting was led by Prof. Vijay Tandon, Dean of the School of Management and Executive Programs, with the goal of nurturing and strengthening partnerships between the university and parents in supporting students’ educational journeys.

 

 

 

The agenda of the meeting focused on sharing updates, celebrating achievements, and fostering a collaborative environment with parents. The specific agenda points included:

 

  • Institutional Updates
    Prof. Tandon provided an overview of recent developments and improvements at Universal AI University (UAi). These updates highlighted advancements in academic programs emphasizing UAi’s commitment to enhancing the student experience and staying aligned with industry standards.

    The meeting celebrated the accomplishments of students of IB7 & FC19, showcasing their progress and achievements in various academic and extracurricular activities. Prof. Tandon expressed pride in the students’ dedication and achievements, which reflect UAi’s standards of excellence.

Special Guests: Shurti and Her Parents Mrs. Prinu Singh and Shri K. K. Singh

Shurti, a student participating in the Global Business School Network (GBSN) Women Emerging Expedition, a seven-month program, attended the meeting along with her parents, Mrs. Prinu Singh and Shri K. K. Singh. Shruti’s parents shared insights about her experiences in the expedition and expressed gratitude for the support she has received from UAi. They also discussed her upcoming exams, providing a personal perspective on the student experience at UAi.

Prof. Tandon highlighted UAi’s approach to engaging parents as key partners in their children’s education. Parents were encouraged to actively participate in the academic journey of their children, providing support and motivation. This initiative reflects UAi’s belief in the critical role parents play in student success.
