Rotaract, the youth wing of Rotary International, is a beacon of service and leadership across the globe. At Universal Ai University, the Rotaract Club blends altruism with skill development, fostering community, leadership, and innovation among students.
Mission and Vision
Guided by the motto “Service Above Self,” the Rotaract Club empowers young minds through community service, leadership development, and personal growth.

- Social Impact Projects:
The Rotaract Club is committed to social causes such as environmental conservation, educational outreach, and healthcare awareness. The Blood Donation Drive is a highlight, with enthusiastic participation from the university community. I played a key role in organizing the event, handling emergencies like assisting donors who felt faint, and ensuring a smooth and impactful experience.
- Cultural Celebrations:
Marketing Murlidhar celebrates Janmashtami with a unique blend of tradition and learning. Clubs set up stalls representing companies, applying real-world marketing strategies. I participated in the flash mob, helped with decorations, managed digital content, and contributed to food preparation at the stall. Collaborating with a team of diverse ideas taught me adaptability, teamwork, and practical problem-solving.
- Professional Development:
Continuous Crisis Management is an intellectually stimulating event where participants represent countries, create policies for simulated crises, and engage in debates. This activity sharpens negotiation, critical thinking, and diplomacy skills while fostering a global perspective.
- Youth Empowerment Activities:
Through motivational workshops, skill-building sessions, and interactive seminars, the club inspires members to step out of their comfort zones and embrace leadership roles.
- Friendship Day with Unsung Heroes:
Celebrating friendship day with university guards, wardens, housekeeping staff, and food servers, this initiative promotes gratitude and inclusivity. Engaging with these unsung heroes deepened my understanding of the value of every individual in our community.
Memorable Experiences
- Visit to Swami Vivekanand Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Karjat:
We engaged with students through career guidance, trivia quizzes, and creative competitions. Personally, I guided 9th graders, conducted a general knowledge quiz called Trivia, and distributed gifts to winners. The joy and curiosity of the students made this experience truly rewarding.
- Visit to an Old Age Home:
My peers and I spent a delightful day with elderly residents, organizing a yoga session, playing games, and celebrating with cake cutting. Although I could not attend the entire event, the stories shared by my team highlighted the importance of compassion and intergenerational bonding.
- Zonal Event: Dil Diwali Dosti:
This recent event brought together Rotaractors from various clubs from our zone , fostering camaraderie and collaboration. Interacting with fellow Rotaractors provided valuable insights and strengthened our collective vision for service and leadership.
- In-Campus Meetings:
Regular meetings with Zonal and District Representatives keep us informed about Rotaract initiatives, fostering teamwork and strategic planning.
