Being a student in the MBA program at Universal Ai University (UAiU), which is India’s leading institution focusing on AI, I have observed how the distinct climate in Karjat, Maharashtra, synchronizes with the academic schedule of our courses. The transformations in seasons not only enhance the beauty of the scenery but also serve as a symbol for the ever-evolving nature of business education.
MONSOON (JULY – SEPTEMBER): A TIME FOR NEW BEGINNINGS AND DEVELOPMENT
The academic year at Universal Ai University commences during the monsoon season, turning the campus into a lush oasis with temperatures between 22°C to 28°C. The rain heralds a refreshing beginning, mirroring the new knowledge and ideas presented in our courses. The calm, foggy mornings and green scenery provide a peaceful setting for starting new classes and participating in group bonding exercises.
AUTUMN (OCTOBER – NOVEMBER): THE TIME FOR CLEAR THINKING AND SELF-ANALYSIS
After the rain stops, the campus experiences a short but lovely autumn. Temperatures fluctuate between 18°C to 30°C, creating refreshing and brisk air. This is a moment for clear thinking and observation, like the mid-term evaluations and case studies that push for us to use theoretical learning in practical situations. The sunny weather and blue skies create perfect conditions for both outdoor activities and academic events.
WINTER (DECEMBER – FEBRUARY): THE INTENSIVE EXAMINATION
During winter, temperatures drop to a range of 12°C to 25°C, creating the perfect conditions for concentrated studying. The current season reflects the importance of strategic planning in business, requiring in-depth analysis and sound judgment. Now is the moment to consolidate the knowledge acquired and get ready for the demanding projects and exams coming up.
PRE-MONSOON PERIOD (MARCH – JUNE): THE TIME FOR IMPLEMENTING IDEAS AND CREATIVITY
As the heat reaches about 35°C, the academic demands become stronger. This time, marked by arid breezes and unclouded skies, corresponds with the implementation stage of our projects and the last effort before the conclusion of the academic year. It is a period characterized by important levels of enthusiasm and creativity as students participate in internships, finish capstone projects, and highlight their business plans.
