Bio

He has completed his MBA and has been awarded a Ph. D degree in Stress Management. He has a decade plus experience in the Academic Learning Development and Training and Development for Faculty, Students & Parents, and acted as a resource person for domestic and International Faculty Development Programme. He is a passionate Mind trainer, certified NLP Master Practitioner from International Institute for Professional Excellence, Canada.

 

He has received Best Faculty Award to the academic year of 2014-15 from Knowledge Business School, Salem. He has presented and published various research papers and journals. He has also presented many Papers in National and International Conference. In the past he has also handled positions as Admission Head, Training Co-Ordinator, Placement Co-Ordinator, Institution Brand Building.

 

His key Academic and Research areas include, Organizational Behavior, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, Parental and Students Counselling, Pre, and Post Marital Counselling.
